Q. How long does it take to receive my steamer after I order?
A. Please give us a call to find out about current lead times at 844-437-6328. Shipping inside the continental U.S. takes between 2 to 4 business days after it ships.
Q. How much is shipping?

Q. Do I need to de lime it often?
A. When you drain the Sterling at the end of the day you should wipe out the bottom of the chamber. Wiping out the chamber effectively de limes it every night. Bad water is not an issue.
Q. How do I pay for the steamer?
A. You can pay by check or credit card. We also work with a leasing company if you want to do a “lease to own” deal. Call us for details.
Q. Do you have it available in gas?
A. Yes, gas units will be available for shipment April 10, 2017.
Q. What options are available?
A. Options include single unit stands, double stack stands, casters, automatic water fill, and extended warranties.
Q. Will the Sterling work like my old steamer?
A. Chances are the Sterling is a little faster than your steamer even if you had a boiler based model. The Sterling is the fastest Energy Star steamer available and it recovers quickly like a boiler based steamer.
Q. Where else do you have the steamer and can I talk to someone who has one?
A. We have steamers everywhere, Schools, Colleges, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Chain Restaurants, Seafood Restaurants, Mexican Restaurants, Grocery Store Deli’s etc. etc. Call us and we will email you a list of over 200 people, with phone numbers, who have agreed to be references for the steamer.
